At the heart of the southern Alps in the Massif du Mercantour, about 90 kms from Nice and the Italian border, the Grand Plaisir resort provides access to 120 km of pistes with altitudes ranging from 1800 to 2610 metres. All forms of winter sport can be enjoyed here: skiing, snowboarding, freestyle skiing and night skiing on 45 illuminated pistes (8 green, 18 blue, 16 red, 5 black) with 25 ski lifts. The resort is equipped with snow blowers ensuring that skiing can take place from the very beginning of December.
