Overview One of the world?s first boutique hotels to open in 1999, The Dylan is still a landmark hotel in terms of style and service. Formerly known as Blakes, The Dylan is housed in a historic 17th century building in the heart of Amsterdam. The 41 rooms and suites offer guests a choice of atmospheres from rich and dramatic to cool and calm. The Dylan Restaurant serves a menu of contemporary French cuisine. Location The Dylan is located on ?Keizersgracht?, one of Amsterdam?s most famous and most picturesque canals. The hotel is a short stroll or boat ride from some of the city?s main attractions. As from 01 August 07 all rooms are non smoking! Smoking is then only allowed in the Bar, Lounge and the Garden.
